We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre Philadelphia is seeking a qualified Studio Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This is important for when team members are recommending classes to members and prospects so each person is set-up for a successful and positive class experience that meets their needs.Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 500 franchise locations in the United States and Canada. This position will be encouraged to take all of the classes offered in the studio.May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. May be required to reach with hands and arms. May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment.Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales.Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, farmer's markets, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager.The Customer Service & Sales Specialist (Fitness) executes the full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and adding members to the community.Attend special events and trainings as needed.Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excitement for outside events and connecting with new customers.Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, text and email.Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
