Literally, falling in a category all it own Wolfsbane is a strange herb with numerous applicable uses for the magical practitioner. This category of plants is in the family of Ranunculaceae, a different family than Solanaceae which consists of the Nightshades. There are over 150 species that belong to the genus Aconitum.
